He gave me some good ideas about how to handle various aspects of the sale that could be difficult -- e.g., how to work with the tenant, what to do about certain aspects of the home that needed repair/updating, etc. He did an especially good job of negotiating multiple offers. He handled the interactions with the buyer's realtor very skillfully. I got more money for the home than I had expected. I would definitely recommend Andrew.
