He was completely authentic (even representing both us and the previous owners during the sale.) As a realtor, he made us feel like it was less of a business relationship and more of a friendship. He guided us with advice in staging our home to sell, was extremely spot on with the price that our house would sell for and told us every issue that we should know about in the home we bought (even if it meant him losing a commission.) He is probably the most hard working people I have come in contact with.
