we met Andrew while looking at another house that house did not work out however Andrew called when another house became available which we made an offer on in 24 hours after he helped us get that house we naturally asked him to sell our house he sold our house in 5 days closed in just under 3 months including holidays we are happy both times thank you andrew did a good job since we have not bought or sold a house in 32 years we have nothing to compare this experience to obviously the world and we have changed not good or bad just different and not always what we expect Andrew is good at his job he knows how to put deals together from my experience with him he always picks up his calls and answers his e mails in a short amount of time occasionally we see things different but work through easily and quickly we did have a small amount of contact with others from the office no problems

When meeting Andrew at an open house in our dream area, my husband and I instantly knew we were going to hire him. Moving with a toddler and no family to help can be an absolute nightmare but Andrew put us at ease every step of the way. He was the most honest and helpful person throughout this process. He was completely authentic (even representing both us and the previous owners during the sale.) As a realtor, he made us feel like it was less of a business relationship and more of a friendship. He guided us with advice in staging our home to sell, was extremely spot on with the price that our house would sell for and told us every issue that we should know about in the home we bought (even if it meant him losing a commission.)
