I had my house up For Sale By Owner for 2 months. Thinking this was easy, NOT! Then this angel named Andrew Allen showed up at my door and took care of everything. It was so easy working with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable realtor. I not only found a realtor for life but also a friend. He was GREAT!
Andrew Allen did an amazing job in negotiating the price, hooking us up with a mortgage company, and attorney . Andrew also recommended a house inspector in the area who did a great job inspecting the house. The whole process went smooth all the way through closing. THANKS AGAIN ANDREW
Andrew Allen was knowledgeable, professional and always available. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I look forward to working with him again!
Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the business, as well as the market, helped us to quickly sell our home over a year ago. In addition, he most recently found us our forever home within the neighborhood that we limited our search to, finding the house the moment it came on the market and getting us under contract within the week. The stress of both buying and selling was made easier due to Andrew's diligence and guidance. We had a list of must haves that Andrew never strayed from and we appreciate him for that. We would highly recommend Andrew Allen to any of our family and friends.
we met Andrew while looking at another house that house did not work out however Andrew called when another house became available which we made an offer on in 24 hours after he helped us get that house we naturally asked him to sell our house he sold our house in 5 days closed in just under 3 months including holidays we are happy both times thank you andrew did a good job since we have not bought or sold a house in 32 years we have nothing to compare this experience to obviously the world and we have changed not good or bad just different and not always what we expect Andrew is good at his job he knows how to put deals together from my experience with him he always picks up his calls and answers his e mails in a short amount of time occasionally we see things different but work through easily and quickly we did have a small amount of contact with others from the office no problems
We are so happy we found Andrew Allen! After we met Andrew, we knew immediately he would be able to find us a home. He listened to our needs and was extremely patient with us. He's very knowledgeable of our area (Denville) which was a big plus. I never felt rushed or ignored by him. He made himself very accessible and was able to answer our questions in a very timely fashion. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have found our dream home! I highly recommend Andrew!
Andrew has always had our best interest in mind.He has kept us up on every step of the journey.I would recommend him to anybody.Thank you again Andrew Allen for our needs.
Andrew made our sales experience way less stressful than it otherwise could have been. He really cared about our needs and wants. We have a small child and two large dogs and he was very understanding of our requests. He was very on top of the negotiation process and made sure the process was not be unnecessarily held up. He was straight forward with us and curbed our expectations. We were recommended to Andrew through a close friend and we would recommend him to our close friends and family.
Andrew was a delight to work with especially during the first initial houses we looked at. Being first time homebuyers many of the processes were new to us and andrew was patient and thouroughly answered any of the questions we had. I'd recommend him to family and friends without a doubt.
Andrew Allen made selling our home easy. He got us a full price offer within 24 hours of putting our home on the market. Andrew was incredibly professional and motivated to sell our home. His knowledge of the market was invaluable and we are so appreciative. We consider ourselves lucky to have had as skilled a realtor as Andrew.
Met him several times at openn houses and was shown a house by him the prior summer. He was extremely knowledgable of the area. Always helpful even went to town hall a got past reports on permits obtained and cleared by town for us. One of the top 3 realtors we have dealt with in over 20 years Anyone considering Denville in thier home search should contact Andrew and get red carpet treatment throughout what is usually an exhausting project. He really made us feel like his only customers!
