I am a former Texan, who migrated to New Jersey. I read many reviews and they all seemed to give praise for the most part. So I decided to call Andrew. I left a voicemail, as I assume he was with another client, and he returned my call within 30 min. Andrew had a personality which made me glad I called him. Andrew was very responsive and I felt like he would go above and beyond, but be straight forward with me. So I proceeded with him... all while still in Texas. Andrew did FaceTime walkthroughs, and explained the areas to me, before we even moved. Coming from Texas was no small feat but having a realtor to be there to explain on the differences in home features (septic, basements, flood zones, etc...), which we didn't have in Texas, was invaluable. Though many offers I made missed the mark because the area is HOT, Andrew kept me positive and we continued to move forward. When we did choose a location, he invited us to a community get together so we could meet people in the community. In my opinion, the little things like this sets Andrew apart from the rest...gave us a sincere feeling, like Andrew wanted the best for us in our new location. I am glad we choose Andrew from the beginning. He was there through the the process continued to help us the whole way. 10 *'s if I could put it!!

Andrew Allen had our best interest in mind. He considered our needs and contacted us immediately (day/evening/night) and on the day that new properties were listed. He knows the local areas and he is savvy to "comps" and realistic sale/buy prices. The recommended inspectors and contractors are top notch and very reasonably priced. Andrew is a pro who takes his job seriously and personally. The only difficulties were on the part of the seller. Andrew and CENTURY 21 Christel made the transition a smooth one despite the seller.
