Andrew Allen had our best interest in mind. He considered our needs and contacted us immediately (day/evening/night) and on the day that new properties were listed. He knows the local areas and he is savvy to "comps" and realistic sale/buy prices. The recommended inspectors and contractors are top notch and very reasonably priced.
