He knows the local areas and he is savvy to "comps" and realistic sale/buy prices. The recommended inspectors and contractors are top notch and very reasonably priced. Andrew is a pro who takes his job seriously and personally. The only difficulties were on the part of the seller. Andrew and CENTURY 21 Christel made the transition a smooth one despite the seller.
