Andrea accommodated our special requests and went above and beyond to track down a stager whose work I really liked. We had to paint, stage and fix the property and she helped provide recommendations and worked to get us fair prices for the work done. When the stagers damaged some of the paintwork, she was on top of getting them to come back in and fix the damage. We ended up with 3 offers on our property and were incredibly pleased with where we landed. Andrea works hard to make sure the deal closes without major hiccups and is always reachable via phone with questions. We had an issue where after we accepted the offer and prior to close we had a leak in one of the rooms in our home. We worked together to find a last-minute roofing company and ensure the buyers of the house were aware and satisfied with our resolution. Andrea is unflappable with anything that comes her way. I think Andrea's personable nature allows her to form good relationships with other agents and she does jump on problems to solve them. Also she has been in the game long enough that nothing phases her and she's likely seen it all. Ultimately as the seller of a house you have the most to gain or lose so you cannot move all responsibility for the sale of your home to an agent but Andrea is an excellent and fair partner and we were very happy with the outcome of both of our experiences with her.
