Andrea was incredible! As a first time homebuyer, I really appreciated her patience and her willingness to walk me through every step of the process. She was very responsive as well - offering to work and reply to email at all hours of the day and was very available to show me places every weekend. Perhaps most impressive was her relationships with so many other agents in the industry. Those relationships definitely helped us land an offer that was accepted. Andrea's team was unbelievably helpful and skilled. I was selling my condo from across the country, and I was able to rely on and trust her to take care of sooo many things. Her team did the walk through with my leaving renters, arranged and oversaw remodeling, arranged for cleaning, staged the condo with both my things and theirs, packed up and delivered to storage MANY items that they didn't need for staging, expertly handled all of the normal realtor activities and negotiations (I completely trusted her judgment and got a great deal), and met the movers to load up my furniture. All with care and friendliness - and my place was not a million dollar property. She charged normal fees (I actually negotiated her up to 6% from the 5.5% that we agreed on as a token of my appreciation). I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.
