Andrea's team was unbelievably helpful and skilled. I was selling my condo from across the country, and I was able to rely on and trust her to take care of sooo many things. Her team did the walk through with my leaving renters, arranged and oversaw remodeling, arranged for cleaning, staged the condo with both my things and theirs, packed up and delivered to storage MANY items that they didn't need for staging, expertly handled all of the normal realtor activities and negotiations (I completely trusted her judgment and got a great deal), and met the movers to load up my furniture. All with care and friendliness - and my place was not a million dollar property. She charged normal fees (I actually negotiated her up to 6% from the 5.5% that we agreed on as a token of my appreciation). I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

I can't even begin to express how awesome Andrea and her team are. I have been selling my place from across the country, and Andrea has taken on a million roles to get my place in shape to sell, through the selling process, and even with my moving logistics. Her team met my leaving renters to do a walk-through and arranged repairs to my place, re-tiling my bathroom, cleaning, moving things to storage, staging, marketing, and organizing my move. I have been blown away by their willingness to do whatever it takes, and though my condo is not a "million dollar property," she has treated it as a top priority. Partly because my brother has worked with her twice in the past, and because of her extreme professionalism and experience, I felt totally comfortable trusting her advice and decision-making around the sale as well. Her instincts about pricing, timing, and negotiating were right on and got me a great price. Not to mention that she is really nice and pleasant to work with. I can't recommend her and her team enough.

Andrea is by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with! In our first meeting with her she took her time to actually get to know us and that immediately left a great impression. While trying to find a home in the city I was also selling a house back in my home town.
