Whenever we mentioned Andrea was our agent, the relator at the showing would light up and have nothing but kind things to say. When we found the home we now live in, Andrea presciently knew where the final price would land which helped us stay ahead of multiple competing offers but still well within our budget. Andrea stayed in touch during the 7 years in between and was always only a phone call away and immediately available whenever we had questions about anything along the way, even when we were not actively buying or selling. Andrea is one of the top producers in San Francisco, and that had us a little worried she would not have time for us when she took on our sale in the fall of 2021. However, those fears quickly disappeared when she jumped into action putting our place on the market and getting it sold in a difficult environment. Within a few weeks, we said to ourselves, 'of course she's one of the top agents in San Francisco, she knows this business inside and out, and is so amazing'. Andrea and Joe recently sold my condo. They were incredibly responsive, compassionate and approached the job with a "get'er done" attitude. I originally worked with them four years ago, when I purchased my condo. Andrea was near clairvoyant, whenever I'd reach out with questions. I would joke that she'd pick up my call before the first ring. Her team made the harrowing home purchase process a breeze. Deciding to hire her and Joe to sell my place was a no-brainer. The experience was simple: 1. Within three days of reaching out to her team, she completed a walk-through, provided a task list with deadlines, and recommended a realistic sale price. 2. I'm a single dad with limited time. My job was to pack up and move out. Andrea and Joe were instrumental in doing everything else, i.e. coordinating the mover, cleaner, photographer, title company & stager. (Joe busted his tail decorating and furnishing.) The condo listed within three weeks from my initial call to Andrea. 3. Open house lasted one weekend. I accepted an offer four days later. Lightning quick & easy! Andrea and Joe make a great team! We could not be happier with our decision to hire Andrea as our realtor.
