We have worked with Andrea and Brian both on the buying side and the selling side of our house in Centennial. They are both incredible knowledgeable about the process and the market but more importantly they just as caring!

We were connected with Andrea (Brian) through our realtor from California. Off the bat had a couple video calls to discuss plans and what we're looking for and areas to live. They had a handy tool to encompass targeted areas and since they've lived here they had all the insights to plusses and minuses for each. Then when we came out to view homes in the different areas they were patient and gave insights to all the homes we saw, even bringing a dose of reality to what we could afford versus what we wanted which is great to have that blunt honesty. They are very communicative and friendly and have touched base and said hi even after we bought and moved in which I don't think many realtors do especially in a busy market since they are busy doing showings and staying on top of what's on the market. Another aspect for us was we have two small children aged 4 and 2 and them having three kids made them empathetic to and thinking of things that a family looking for a forever home would want/need in Denver/Highlands Ranch. We are grateful to have had Andrea (Brian) as our realtors.

High market knowledge, responsive, educated us. Andrea and Brian helped us figure out what we liked and didn't and what we needed and didn't. They also helped us win the house we wanted, getting us in to see houses early, discussing strategies, etc. We couldn't have done it without them!

Andrea (and her team) couldn't have done a better job helping my husband and myself find the perfect home. They worked with us on and off for two years as we were considering moving to Denver. They set up a weekly online update on homes in our price range and areas we were interested in. When we were in town visiting, they were always available to show us more properties. When we found our home, they made the process as seamless as possible. Even after closing, they have been terrific with recommendations for home remodeling, painting, plumbing, etc. I will recommend Andrea to everyone I meet!
