Ana was extremely professional in the prepartion to list my home, in the listing of my home, and in the negotiating of the final settling price. In this process Ana asked specific about the house, such as what improvements had been made, when were the made and the cost of the improvements. When the house was under contact, Ana provided the appraiser with a complete list, date and cost of all improvements. Ana was also very compassionate when the first contact did not go through and immediately contacted several parties that had expressed an interest in the house.
