Ana Gabrea was my selling agent and did a super job! She was professional, attentive to my every need and very easy to get in touch with. Ana was extremely professional in the prepartion to list my home, in the listing of my home, and in the negotiating of the final settling price. In this process Ana asked specific about the house, such as what improvements had been made, when were the made and the cost of the improvements. When the house was under contact, Ana provided the appraiser with a complete list, date and cost of all improvements. Ana was also very compassionate when the first contact did not go through and immediately contacted several parties that had expressed an interest in the house. Throughout the process, Ana was always available to answer any questions and was willing to help me any paper work. Ana made the experience as lest stressful as possible. Wonderful, extremely helpful especially when she made certain we did all of the steps, and the steps in between, we needed to go through. Very patient taking us to see more then 40 houses in the evenings working around our work schedules. We had several questions throughout the process and she was very careful to make sure we understood all of the answers to our questions. She was very responsive , even though our work schedules only allow us to communicate in the evenings and on weekends. Still, Ana was very flexible, working around our schedules to respond to emails and phone calls, sometimes on short notice. Perhaps most importantly, Ana was careful to make sure we understood where we did not want to cut corners, highlighting important tests (e.g., well yield) we would not have considered that probably saved us thousands of dollars.
