Ana Gabrea was great to have working for us! She stuck through having to make several offers (when some of them didn’t work out for one reason or another). We were under a deadline to get an offer accepted and Ana knew who to call to get Inspections scheduled that worked with our time limitations. As we were out of the country while buying a house, she went to several houses - a couple were several hours away from her - to tour on our behalf, using FaceTime to show us the property. During closing she kept in tight communication with us and the Title Company, which we had chosen and were a little slower with their process than others. Ana even reached out to her contacts to get us additional information that helped us understand the process and where the slowdown was happening. She set us up with a Utility Connect company after the closing to help us get electricity, internet, and home security services. She was there for us, any time during the day and evening, as some of our calls were outside of business hours. I would highly recommend Ana Gabrea for your home purchases in Maryland!

I met Ana through Redfin and it appears that another buyer recommended her to them. She got right on the case in a very fast moving situation. I hit the button on Redfin on Thursday night, met her on Friday and got the offer in by a Saturday deadline. I knew right then that I had the right agent. She also got me a lender who was in lock step with her. Ana was patient throughout putting several offers together that didn't materialize and even after I backed out of one. When we finally found the house for me, she moved everyone along(me, the lender, vendors and the title company) to complete the deal. In this market and my price range, and I was a little picky in that price range, it was remarkable to get a house so finished so quickly. I had a few things on my side, but mostly, I had Ana.

Ana was incredibly helpful during this process. She made herself available and always responded quickly (always within the hour). She had great knowledge about the market and home care and upkeep in general. She was also able to recommend many other professionals who we worked with during this process. As a first time homebuyer, she advocated for me and really made it so that I could afford my dream home. She listened to me and truly worked to make the things I wanted within my reach. In addition to this, she is incredibly kind and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone. You are in exceptional hands with Ana!
