I recently had the pleasure of working with Ana Gabrea in my home-buying process, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care throughout the entire process. In just a span of two weeks, we visited 6-7 houses, sometimes even asking to see them day-of, and from the start, she was super responsive, ensuring that every question and concern were promptly addressed. For houses that we were considering buying, she made sure to reach out to the sellers’ agents to obtain more information, such as roof age and other important pieces of info, that helped us make an informed decision on whether or not to make an offer. Ana was a significant reason why the entire process went smoother than I could have hoped for. She not only meticulously guided me through the offer process but also worked diligently to make our offer more favorable to the client while still ensuring it met our needs. The house I purchased had some issues that required repair, and Ana was able to work those into the offer. Ana Gabrea was great to have working for us! She stuck through having to make several offers (when some of them didn’t work out for one reason or another). We were under a deadline to get an offer accepted and Ana knew who to call to get Inspections scheduled that worked with our time limitations. As we were out of the country while buying a house, she went to several houses - a couple were several hours away from her - to tour on our behalf, using FaceTime to show us the property. During closing she kept in tight communication with us and the Title Company, which we had chosen and were a little slower with their process than others. Ana even reached out to her contacts to get us additional information that helped us understand the process and where the slowdown was happening. She set us up with a Utility Connect company after the closing to help us get electricity, internet, and home security services. She was there for us, any time during the day and evening, as some of our calls were outside of business hours. I would highly recommend Ana Gabrea for your home purchases in Maryland!
