My elderly mother moved out of her home in Pacific Grove and moved to Los Angeles to live with my family. I met Amber Russell a little over 12 months ago and within a few months of meeting her listed my mother's home with Over the Moon Realty. I live over 350 miles from Pacific Grove which made it extremely difficult trying to get the property ready to sell. And on top of that, the property was beset with one problem after the next (and of course the pandemic didn't help). It took over 8 months to sort all the problems out. Amber was magnificent, dealing with all of the problems, many of which were well outside of what she should have to cope with.
