I was dreading selling my home, especially during these trying times, but Amber and her team made the entire process from start to finish as smooth and effortless as possible. She laid out the entire process in chronological order with what to expect, what needed to be done by when, and possible contingencies to plan for. Also, Amber provided expert advice on minor improvements to our home to get the best return. On top of that, she got us above asking!! AND the cherry on top, since I am in the military, a very substantial refund on the sale. I would not hesitate one bit to buy and/or sell my next home with Amber.
