Amanda was the lifeline we needed to sell my parents home. She was so understanding of our unique situation, and guided my father with support and care. The amount of patience she had was unwavering. She handled every challenge with grace and professionalism. She kept us calm during some uncertain circumstances. There is no one else I would trust to handle buying or selling a home. Amanda was a Godsend and is a woman of integrity. After not receiving the assistance/support from my realtor (at the time), I came across Amanda while inquiring about a listed property. I mentioned that I was working with a realtor and she refused to assist me beyond basic Q&As without the knowledge of my realtor. That spoke volumes to me. I immediately mentioned to her that I would be back in touch with her as my new realtor. 😉 As a new home owner, Amanda was patient, knowledgeable, punctual and accommodating. Even AFTER closing (a couple of years later) when having questions regarding what to/not to do, she still provided assistance. 😊 I would and do highly recommend Amanda to anyone in the market to purchase.

We originally had a different agent, and Amanda took over when the first agent has some family issues. At first, I was concerned, as she had not been with us at all, and we were anxious for a property, before Covid took over everything. Working through the complexities of Covid, we were able to successfully place an offer, and secure a home before everything came to a standstill. We were very appreciative of Amanda's helpfulness and professionalism throughout the process.

Amanda did an excellent job pricing our property, staging for showings and evaluating offers. She was attentive to our questions and needs. She was able to explain the selling process in terms that were easy to understand. When evaluating our offers, she was able to show us that the highest offer was not necessarily the best. When we need realtor services in the future, Amanda will be our first choice.

Amanda is without a doubt an amazing realtor! She helped my dad and I so much when we were looking to buy a home. She was always so quick to respond and really there for us. We were pretty particular about what kind of home we wanted and what area we wanted to stay in and Amanda never once made us feel like it wasn’t possible.
