Seamless Sale
Making the decision to sell my fathers home and avocado ranch was a difficult one. Not to mention selling a dated house on 13 acres could come with many hiccups. However, Alyson stepped in, met with the current tenants, facilitated a fantastic photo and video shoot, helped me with reams of paperwork, and conducted showings including the vast hilly ranch land. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and sensitive to the emotions involved with myself and family members. What could have been a stressful lengthy process, really couldn’t have turned out any better. I am grateful to Alyson for her hard work and patiences throughout the entire process. House listed and sold in less than 60 days!
