Alli and her team were so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process; whenever we had a question or a house we wanted to tour, she was always a text or a phone call away. When it came down to the offer stage, she helped us craft an offer that was comfortable for us while keeping us competitive with another cash offer (which we were able to beat)! After our offer was accepted, she guided us every step through the inspection process and even negotiated some seller credits for us. She also connected us to a great lender which got us to close on time and went off without a hitch. After closing, Alli was a great liaison between us and the sellers, and the perks from My Move DMV (especially the truck!) made our move so much easier.
