Alison helped us both sell our house and simultaneously purchase a new one in July 2019. She was lightning quick and proactive when we came to her, interested in a property but needing to sell our house first. We figured it would be impossible since we hadn’t done anything to prepare for the sale, but it was the perfect place for us so we decided to go for it. Alison got our house on the market right away and negotiated our contingent offer on the new house. Alison was knowledgeable about the comps in the area and encouraged us to set the price a little higher than originally discussed. She handled the many steps of closing so efficiently and made it very easy on us while we were both working full time.
