I live in Ocean Shores Washington. Got this wild hair to buy a condo in Tucson. Got an alert at 6 o’clock in the morning of this fabulous condo completely refurbished. Have a friend in Tucson that gave me Alison’s contact information. Called her immediately asked her to submit a full price cash offer ASAP, knew it would not stay on the market more than a day. By noon Alison had completed the request, offer accepted. Three showings that afternoon with back up offers that was the kind of good deal it was. If Alison had not put this deal together that quickly I would not have gotten the purchase made.Alison followed through With the inspection minor repairs that needed to be done insurance and closing.
