I was out of town for most of the process of cleaning, listing, receiving and accepting an offer, and making minor repairs to keep the sale on track but Alison did a great job with coordinating all of this and keeping me updated on all progress. Alison helped us both sell our house and simultaneously purchase a new one in July 2019. She was lightning quick and proactive when we came to her, interested in a property but needing to sell our house first. We figured it would be impossible since we hadn’t done anything to prepare for the sale, but it was the perfect place for us so we decided to go for it. Alison got our house on the market right away and negotiated our contingent offer on the new house. Alison was knowledgeable about the comps in the area and encouraged us to set the price a little higher than originally discussed. In one day, we had competing offers and we ended up getting two buyers willing to pay over asking! She handled the many steps of closing so efficiently and made it very easy on us while we were both working full time. She even got the seller of our new place way down after inspection so that we were able to afford our 20% down payment! I live in Ocean Shores Washington. Got this wild hair to buy a condo in Tucson. Got an alert at 6 o’clock in the morning of this fabulous condo completely refurbished. Have a friend in Tucson that gave me Alison’s contact information. Called her immediately asked her to submit a full price cash offer ASAP, knew it would not stay on the market more than a day. By noon Alison had completed the request, offer accepted. Three showings that afternoon with back up offers that was the kind of good deal it was. If Alison had not put this deal together that quickly I would not have gotten the purchase made.Alison followed through With the inspection minor repairs that needed to be done insurance and closing. I was not able to get to Tucson to view it until well after closing. Alison is number one in my book have given her name to my Washington friends that are looking to buy in Tucson.
