Have a friend in Tucson that gave me Alison’s contact information. Called her immediately asked her to submit a full price cash offer ASAP, knew it would not stay on the market more than a day. By noon Alison had completed the request, offer accepted. Three showings that afternoon with back up offers that was the kind of good deal it was. If Alison had not put this deal together that quickly I would not have gotten the purchase made.Alison followed through With the inspection minor repairs that needed to be done insurance and closing. I was not able to get to Tucson to view it until well after closing. Alison is number one in my book have given her name to my Washington friends that are looking to buy in Tucson.
