She is more knowledgeable about the casitas(an old beautiful condo community designed by Benny Gonzales a world famous architect) than any other realtor. She is also very knowledgeable about buying/selling homes in general. Alison gets along well with everyone in the real estate transaction arc. She is also very personable and makes you feel very comfortable with her and the process. I’ve bought and sold a number of pieces of real estate in several states and she is the best.
