Prior to my visit she got my criteria and then arranged a full day of reviews. Very knowledgeable about the area. When I decided to look for a place to build she repeated the process and sent me thorough lists, contacted builders so I could understand costs. She has a lot of knowledge here, too. When I did buy my lot, she set up the e-process, corresponded with the seller to process my offers, the land surveys, and managed the title company work. It was a seamless sale. No hiccups. I am a satisfied customer.

Alice was a great help in selling my Town house. She understood that the Wife and I had limited time to invest do to work an new born baby girl. Alice went out of her way to find a reasonable cleaning company to clean up the house an yard to make it presentable. She understood we where working on a shoe string budget and a very short time line. She found the right person and sold the property faster then I could have ever hoped for, an at a higher price then I was expecting . I will not hesitate to call on Alice if i ever need her services again.

Alice was very good. She was always quick to respond and was usually ahead of the next step. I purchased a foreclosure and she stuck with me throughout the entire process, which included finding a new lender 3/4 of the way into everything. She kept me calm when I was about to throw in the towel. It took over three months to close, because of the original lender, and she just kept pushing it along. You will not find any better realtor to deal with. She is one of the best. If I ever sell my house, and she is still in real estate, she will definitely get the listing.
