Alice was the listing agent on a property we wanted to see. I wasn’t represented by an agent so asked if she could show me the unit on her own. She was happy to do so and was able to schedule it a few hours later. When we met her we instantly knew we liked her a lot, and asked her to represent us as buyers. We did not plan to be tied to one person as I have lots of experience with home sales but after our first meeting my wife and I instantly said we should link with Alice. She was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, always with prompt replies to any question. And that was just for when we were looking around. Once we placed an offer, Alice handled the negotiations like an expert. Listening to my thoughts, sharing hers and I felt that we worked as a team. She wasn’t dominating or pushing the negotiations to make the sale, she was truly my teammate. After we reached an agreement with the seller Alice was there for every step from contracting, inspection items, and closing. Always providing expert knowledge and support. I almost never give reviews but you as the reader should know how good she is, how much we appreciate her support and how lucky we were to have met her.
