Thanks Sean and Alice for helping us find the right condo for us! Your video comparisons of the different units were awesome since we were out of state shoppers. When we came and saw the condo in person there were no surprises. Thanks again for helping us buy a condo in Panama City Beach!
Alice and Sean are the BEST in the business. If you're looking to buy or sell your home and need a TOP agent, give them a shout. Communication is on point, and they are straight shooters. My mother referred me to Alice and Sean. They listed my home in November, and they had me under contract and closed by the beginning of December. 5 Star review all the way!
Alice was an amazing help throughout the whole process. She worked day and night to get us into our home. Could not ask for a better experience throughout this process. Thank you so much Alice! ??
Alice was very well prepared before showing us homes. She had each individual home information printed, maps (large & smaller detailed) printed, in order of what she was showing us. She quickly assessed what we liked and didn't and personalized all future listings for us to view based on that information. She and Shaun were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend Alice for any serious buyer. She will not waste your time, she will listen to what you want.
Alice is the most lovely person. She listens well and provides great advice! We looked at multiple locations and finally settled on a great location for us. We were able to purchase at a fair market rate and close quickly. Her experience in the area and her knowledge of the properties is very useful.
My daughter and I were very please with the professional way that our questions and requests were handled. I enjoyed the help and support that was provided by Alice de La Penha.
Alice and Sean did an amazing job helping us find our new home in Lynn Haven. They are very professional but also very fun to work with and had great flexibility getting us in to see properties. They will be helping us sell our old home soon as well. Very highly recommended.
After the storm i decided to purchase where i found Alice and Sean. They helped me purchased the perfect house while staying in my budget. They are great at what they do and definitely recommend them.
DELIVERED EXPECTATIONS! I'm in the military and I needed to sell my house due to PCS orders. I found Alice online and chose to work with her based off her outstanding reviews. She delivered! She gave me a long list of items to update, but it was well worth the effort and investment to follow her instructions. She sold my house in Lynn Haven Florida fast and for the price I wanted! If you go with Alice, LISTEN TO HER! Her advice worked for me!
Alice and Sean were amazing to work with!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in our home buying process! They put us in touch with a great lender and were extremely knowledgeable about the process of helping us buy a home. We moved from across the country and Alice and Sean willingly took videos of homes to send to us! They are truly great at what they do!!
We have bought and sold three homes with Alice in the past couple of years and couldn't be happier. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. Her enthusiasm and passion for what she is doing shines through and makes the buying or selling process more enjoyable and less stressful. We have another purchase on the horizon and we'll continue to have Alice handle all our real estate transactions in the future.
We were so lucky to find Alice totally by chance when we decided to get involved in condo ownership in Panama City. She is a gem, totally took all of the stress out of the closing process, and we now count her as a dear friend. I would, (and have, many times to my friends and colleagues) highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
