I couldn’t recommend Alice de La Penha more as a real estate agent. We worked with her as we started our home search from the Washington DC area. She did not hesitate to visit any of the properties we were interested in. She conducted video walkthroughs within 24 hours of us providing the list of homes we were interested in. The quality of Alice’s video walkthroughs were outstanding, as they provided honest and constructive feedback (good and not so good) on the houses we had only viewed online. We were eventually able to make it down in person, and she spent the better part of two full days personally taking us to all of the properties in which she previously conducted video walkthroughs. I would absolutely want to work with her again; she made our first-time home-buying experience as smooth as I can possibly imagine! I will certainly recommend her to other home buyers.
