We came from TX with only a few days to go home shopping. Boy was she prepared! We saw 27 condos in just a little over two days, and yes we found our home! She has a wonderful spirit, incredible market knowledge, and overall a great person to be around.
We've used Alice twice to sell and buy. She's always on top of things and a pleasure to work with. We would never use anyone else.
I contacted Alice because my daughter had recommended her and I was glad I did. As with my daughter I found that Alice was very knowledgeable about the entire selling process including all those endlesss terms and definitions required to sell ones home. It was a smooth process and it did not take long to sell which I was happy with, even down to the last note for prospective home buyers about my parrot, Beware bird bites which I forgot to post!
Alice's market knowledge was beyond approach. Her friendly cheerful approach to her career is remarkable. She was so helpful with assisting us with our new purchase. I will be referring her for a long time. She made this so easy.
Alice is wonderful. Her dedication and knowledge of the Panama City Beach is impressive. She communicates well and provides prompt response to any questions. Definitely recommend her.
We have used Alice twice so far. First for the purchase of an investment property and 6 months later for the purchase of our primary residences. Alice is very knowledgeable and customer focused. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
Alice is an extremely hard worker. What I love about her is she is very accessible. That goes a long way nowadays. Highly recommend!
can’t stress enough how attentive to every detail throughout the process Alice was. She is very knowledgeable of the industry as well as the local area. I always look for someone that’s honest, responsive, customer focused and knowledgeable. I feel blessed I found Alice to help with this process and I’m so happy to be the newest local thanks to the hard work and dedication from Alice. If you are looking or thinking about looking believe me she’s the one you need to call.
Alice de La Penha is absolutely wonderful real estate agent to work with. She was always available to answer our questions and to show us the houses any time we asked for. She cares about client's choice and gives a professional advice considering what is going on in the market. The best thing I like about this agent she has a great intuition: she immediately notices if you like the house or not and supports you based on your preferences. This proves she has a significant experience with clients in this field. I would definitely recommend her!
Alice was wonderful in helping us buy our condo in Panama City Beach! She showed us many properties during our exploratory visit and suggested others we hadn't even considered. Alice was our eyes and ears due to us being out of town buyers sending us great pictures and videos. Overall, working with Alice was a great experience!
Alice has been a delight to work with. She is dependable, knowledgeable, personable and a diligent worker. She is extremely responsive. We highly recommend Alice De La Penha as your next realtor.
Alice was great. She was quick to respond when questions would arise, she helped make sure we were aware of all the important factors when considering a home, and she helped walk us through every part of the process. You felt like she was looking out for your best interest just like you would expect family to. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!
