We began looking for a vacation home online in Florida. When you live on the west coast and you are shopping online for such a big investment, you must fully trust the team you are working with. I am such a conservative and take no chances kind of person . We found this amazing team through Yelp. Alice and Sean have been so incredibly wonderful, patient and encouraging during this entire process. They are an amazing team! We felt so incredibly safe working with them. We truly felt had our best interest first and foremost over making a sale. Alice showed us the positives on each property and Sean was detailed in pointing out the concerns of each property. We couldn’t physically be there for many of the showings and for the final walk through of the property we purchased. They sent us detailed videos on each property helping us through this process. If you are in the market for purchasing a home either in the Florida area or from another state, we recommend you choose this amazing team! You will never regret working with them and they will help you find the perfect property.

Alice was there when we bought our house in PCB and then again when we sold it. She’s the best in her field, professional and also one of the sweetest! If we move back to the beach someday, we will be calling Alice! Thanks for everything

Wonderful to work with.

I recommend Alice and her team for all you Real Estate Needs. She and her team are excellent and did a great job on the sale of mi Panama City Beach's Condo.

Alice was incredible and made the process seamless and simple. Highly recommend!

Alice expertly guided me through the process of selling my older home. She sold it quickly for an excellent price. She answered my many questions promptly and thoroughly. Her integrity is impeccable. She is professional and kind. It was a pleasure working with her and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I cannot say enough about Alice! She is the best realtor in the world. She is thorough and dots every eye crosses every tee and helps in multiple ways to get the sale completed. She was an advocate and an advisor and she's amazing! No other realtor I have ever had has gone to the lengths that she did. You rock Alice!

Alice was very accommodating and helpful with my purchase. I was an out of town buyer and Alice was very helpful in getting me a video walk-through of several properties until I found the right one. Would definitely ask her for help with my next purchase in the area!
