There is a phrase in health care that reads "where you start, matters." I believe this can also be applied to buying and selling real estate as it relates to choosing a representative who will always have your best interests in mind. Alice deLa Penha and Sean Casilli are exactly the right choices in a tough Florida home market. My wife and I owned a condo in a luxury complex containing about 300 units in northwest Florida. At any given time, there existed between 12 and 15 units with the exact floorplan as ours. When it was time for us to sell, we witnessed many of our neighbors list their properties through other agencies 10% higher than ours. Many of them wound up selling out of desperation at a price 10% lower than ours. Alice and Sean had intimate knowledge of not only our surrounding area, but also of our complex.
