This represents the fourth time we have utilized the services of Alice and Sean on a property (two sales and two purchases. The most recent sale was in the height of a huge downturn in the real estate market due to an overabundance of inventory and unrealistic listing prices. Alice and Sean evaluated our property in detail, made recommendations on small upgrades, and then made a marvellous marketing video which almost made us regret selling in the first place. We settled with a buyer at 98% of our listing price which was almost 20% more than a property with the same floor plan in the same subdivision several weeks earlier. They protected us at closing and consistently placed our best interests ahead of their personal gain. After the sale, they represented us in a home purchase in a dream community in Watersound. Since our primary residence is 1,200 miles away, and this is a vacation home, it was reassuring to know they were only a call away. There is no question that goes unanswered and they think of things that we never would. It’s probably needless to say that we would never dream of using another realtor team, but mere words can never fully describe how much they have done for us. There are many other real estate brokers in the area, many of them are very good I’m sure. But, only one team deserves to have the word “Experts” in their name … The Real Experts!
