We started out with the "Family member" realtor and was not happy with the outcome. (Tip: Don't go with a friend or family member. It just causes problems). So we tried to do it by ourselves. (Tip: Don't do it by yourself. Especially if you are a VA mortgage shopper like myself). We met Alice at a house she was showing and she won us over. She showed us just about every house in Panama City (Sorry Alice). She has been a huge help in every way. Even our bank knew who she was and had high remarks for her. Excellent Realtor ! We relocated from over 1000 miles away to Bay County. We contacted Alice a few months before our move she lined up dozens of houses to be seen in two days, had appointments set up, mapped out everything so we did not waste time driving back and forth. After finding our home she stayed on top of everyone to ensure we closed the day after our official move! After closing the mortgage lender informed me we had the best realator he had worked with and we definitely would not have closed on time if it was not for Alice's hard work.
