Alexis is a fantastic agent! I can't say enough good things about her. We worked with her to sell our North Berkeley home this summer and were incredibly impressed with her from start to finish. I am so happy to have hired Alexis Thompson to sell my house recently. She was so knowledgable, friendly, hard working, efficient, down to earth, and very responsive. The house needed some work and Alexis was spot-on when it came to suggesting just the right amount to get top-dollar for the house. Just enough, and not too much. She put me in contact with the right vendors, secured bids, and then often over-saw the work when I couldn't be there. The house was staged beautifully and was soon appreciated by the right buyers.
