Alec was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable! He helped us sell our Florida house, and buy a new one. Alec took care of evertything and made the transaction a smooth and painless process. He handled all of the logistics, paperwork, negotiations, and held our hands through every step. He is always willing to go the extra mile and help us more than your average agent would. He was accomadating to our needs, and to this day continues to help us with our real estate needs. From helping us in person with filing for homestead, referring contractors to help with work, or even offering to come help us hang a few TVs!
