Aimee Jennings

We recently closed on our home and could not have asked for more. Although home buying can be extremely stressful, especially given the competitive nature of the Colorado market, Aimee made the entire process seem painless. While we had a less than ideal experience with another agent in the past, Aimee exceeded all of our expectations. Aimee was voluntarily informative/transparent about the whole process (we didn't have to do any research on our own as she offered information that kept us informed), she was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, motivated, empathetic, well connected (this is big when you're looking for contractors to perform any work), and, most importantly, an advocate. Aimee will fight for the best possible result and won't sugar coat anything in order to push a deal through. All of the aforementioned qualities are hard to find in many agents. I have not doubt that we'll be using Aimee for any of our future needs and neither should you. Aimee is the total package.

Aimee was amazing. The home buying process can be somewhat overwhelming at times, but Aimee was there for us whenever needed. Sometimes going line by line when the situation called for it. Aimee devoted her time to filter through and show us multiple listings on plenty of occasions. She took the time and care necessary to make first time buyers feel comfortable on the passage to homeownership. We will be recommending her services wherever we can and utilizing her ourselves moving forward.

Working with Aimee was great! She made everything easy and stress-free. Aimee was quick to make calls to the HOA or the city if there was ever any confusion about the properties that needed to be cleared up. She handled all of the logistics of scheduling tours and her schedule was incredibly flexible. While looking at properties she would always provide useful feedback and insight but I never felt like she was trying to persuade me in making a decision. When I eventually put in an offer on a condo she did a fantastic job of negotiating and got my offer accepted for under list price. During the closing process, she was very knowledgeable about items that came up during the inspection and negotiated to have the majority of my closing costs paid for. I was so lucky to have her as my agent and could not recommend her strongly enough!

There is not another agent in Colorado I would use for my next purchase. Aimee was organized, efficient, and aggressive when needed helping me lock down this home. She did an awesome job negotiating to the point where I was able to truly feel like I 'won' the transaction. I would highly recommend Aimee to anyone shopping anywhere in Colorado and will definitely be using her again!

Made buying a home go very smooth

This is the second house I have bought through Aimee and the first experience was just as good as the second. Aimee is so patient throughout the process. She listens to what you want to acts upon it to find you your best fit. She educates you from the start to the finish with always your best interest. When things need to get done, she is very prompt at doing so and also making sure you stay on task with your own deadlines. She is willing to go above and beyond throughout the entire process and for that, I would use her a millions times over. I can not wait to purchase another property with Aimee!!
