I wanted her to take the reins, and she did. When it came time to decide when and how to sell, Adrienne gave clear, informed advice on pricing and had buyers lined up around the block. My designer called it a "feeding frenzy," which I attribute to Adrienne's deep network of other realtors, up-to-the-minute knowledge of buyer movement, and great relationships with everybody she works with, including her team of handymen, stagers, and office staff. I've bought and sold homes in many cities over the past ten years. Adrienne is the best agent we have worked with, hands down.
