He went above & beyond in all phases of the process, whether it be the initial showings (as we toured 20-25 homes before we found my dream spot) to negotiations (he was great in the post-inspection stages). He never fails to pick up the phone and is on top of everything, making sure all parties are in-the-know and knowledgeable on what was going on. Cant recommend Adam enough - he made the process a breeze and stress-free for me as a first time home buyer & I am immensely grateful to have worked with him. Will use nobody else for Home #2 down the road!

Adam worked hard to make sure we got our house seamlessly, even when that required him to look at 17 other homes, answer questions we had any time of day or night, and writing up many time consuming offers. I recently had to sell a home in Clearwater I bought for my daughter to live in when she died. Adam Faucett was referred to me and I could not have gotten better service. While getting the home ready to put on the market I was notified my oldest daughter died and had to rush back to WV. Adam finished everything for me; scheduling repairs, letting workers in and monitoring completion. The house went under contract within 10 days and Adam stayed in constant contact letting me know what was happening until closing. I not only consider him my exceptional realtor but a friend who really cares. If you need a realtor, you will not find a better person than Adam.

I am so glad Adam chose to go into the real estate biz because it would not be the same without him! My selling experience was filled with extreme circumstances out of either of our control, including 2 hurricanes (milton and helene). In addition to doing a great job selling and marketing the house, Adam did everything he could to make sure the deal would get done, and make a very tough situation as painless as possible. Another thing I loved is that always asks for your opinion on big decisions, but if you tell him "I trust your judgement", I garuntee he will lead you the right way.
