I recently had to sell a home in Clearwater I bought for my daughter to live in when she died. Adam Faucett was referred to me and I could not have gotten better service. While getting the home ready to put on the market I was notified my oldest daughter died and had to rush back to WV. Adam finished everything for me; scheduling repairs, letting workers in and monitoring completion. My selling experience was filled with extreme circumstances out of either of our control, including 2 hurricanes (milton and helene).
