Debbi is wonderful ,she has helped us all the way through
Debbi is wonderful she helped us every step of the way. Debbi went out of her way several times as she stopped at our house to help us when I couldn't figure items out. There is not a better agent out there than Debbi. I would recommend her to anyone. A Godsend for our family with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home.

What a Wild Ride
What a wide ride this was but our realtor is awesome!! We start this journey in April to sale our home. The market was hot so we started packing. Decided to go on the market July 8th. Had a contact on the 9th and they backed out on the 10th. (a Mother-in-law issue on their part) Karyn didn't hesitate to get things back on track. We went for another open house with minimal response and the next two weeks were slow too, then It took off again with multiple showing and offers. We excepted a VA offer with a 30 day closing date. Never expected such a smooth, no hiccups closing in my life, we actually closed in 29 days. Thank you Karyn for your knowledge, expertise and your friendship. Oh, and for your patience's with my husband, He can be a hand full... LOL

She was awesome in every way
Wendy staged my beach front condo on St. Pete Beach. From the get go, everything was easy and relaxing for me. We had a full ask offer within 48 hours of listing. She is extremely detail oriented and makes it look easy. After my sale, Wendy was able to procure me a new home. Not only that, she helped me furnish and decorate it! She's an awesome decorator in addition to being a great realtor. I have worked with several realtors over the years and Wendy is by far the best!

Wendy Cook excels as a real estate agent
We were undecided as to whether to represent ourselves as buyers or hire an agent. We decided to interview a couple of agents, but after we talked to Wendy we hired her to be our agent. She impressed us with her knowledge of the market and her commitment to be available to us throughout the process of buying a new home. She shared her market expertise, gave us suggestions on when and how to research and gave us space to go at our pace and not pressure us to make any decisions. I wanted to see a house the next day, at a specific time and Wendy made it happen. She communicated with the sellers agent immediately and we put a bid on that house, she wrote up our deal that night and it was accepted. The buyers received other offers, above ours, hours after our contract was accepted. Thanks to her prompt action we are in our dream home. She continued to communicate with us, answering our phone calls and texts with a professional yet cheerful attitude. Wendy Cook is a fantastic realtor, call her when you are ready to buy your new home. She has the energy, attitude and intelligence needed to get the job done.

Amazing Realtor!
I was a first time home buyer in a crazy sellers marker and Debbi worked so well with me finding my dream home! She was always so prompt with all types of communication. Gave amazing resources for me to use, knew they area well, and helped with any tips I would need during a stressful, yet exciting time! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any type of home and is so accommodating to all of my needs as a buyer!

Wendy Cook was our first realtor that was not a corporate move. We had high expectations and Wendy exceeded them all. She researched the market and kept us informed via phone, text and email. When we needed assistance with any aspect of selling our home she was available with a calming, reassuring presence, always in a timely manner. We needed to update the style of our home to highlight its best qualities in order to get the best price. With her designer eye she was able to bring out even the smallest detail that made our house stand out in the market. She provided lovely personal items to stage our house to appeal to many buyers. We believe this is why our home was able to sell and close in 30 days. She listened to our fears and calmed them, our needs and addressed them, and always made us feel we were her top priority. Wendy is Amazing!

Tampa Townhome Review
I had a wonderful experience working with Wendy. She helped every step of the way and made the process extremely enjoyable and smooth. She understood what I was looking for and was actively finding places, setting up appointments and working with the sellers on every detail and question we had.
