If you are ever looking for a realtor, Ms Karyn is absolutely who you want on your team. As a young and first time homebuyer, this process was very new to me. Ms Karyn was so great about explaining this process throughly and made me feel as though no question was a dumb question. We have gone through purchasing a home 4 times now (in the last 7years) and our experience with Liz has been the absolute smoothest one. She not only understood us but also catered our needs and timeline. She truly had our best interest in the negotiation process not just with the price but also in the terms/conditions. From start to finish, Debi is kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest. She was an incredible agent for the purchase of my first home. So, of course, I used her for the sale of it a few years later. She knew the market, knew what a fair price would be and had it sold in 6 days! Always quick to answer questions and while she is a wealth of knowledge, decisions are ultimately left to you. I challenge you to find a better person and/or agent.
