I have been personal friends with Liz and her family for about 5 years, so I already knew that she was a wonderful person who is also smart as a whip and honest as the day is long before my wife decided to have her help us sell our house. Beyond what you would expect from a great real estate agent, she also has extensive knowledge about mortgages and lending, which proved to be equally helpful to us in deciding which offer to accept. The market is crazy right now. That's when a lot of sketchy people get involved in what is often a sketchy business. Liz is someone you can genuinely trust and who makes sure all the i's are dotted and all t's are crossed and who won't blow smoke up your rear end.

Apart from being very nice and friendly she is very knowledgeable about the process, the first time I reached out to Marlene she was very attentive to our specific wants and needs to our new home. Whenever we had any questions, she always answered immediately (being honest and upfront with her responds) no matter the time of day. She was just wonderful to work with, I have definitely recommended her to family and friends. This is my second transaction with Karyn and she was, as always, calm, cool, and collected.
