Wendy is first class all the way, she understood what we wanted to accomplish and immediately developed a game plan. We had options of what we “could” do vs what we “will” do to maximize profit and the ability to sell quickly. She communicated throughout the process even while on VACATION! My wife and I are USAF and had a lot of moving pieces during this PCS and she understood and made sure everything worked out the way we wanted. If you want an aggressive representative that will ensure you are taken care of and needs are met than Wendy is the Top Choice! Hopefully she is still in the business when we retire and come back to Florida in 10 years or so or we’ll have to pry her out of retirement!!!!!!

I had been in the real estate business in the past so my expectations are high and I was determined to find someone that listened to my needs. When I was referred to Wendy Cook I furnished her with my wants and needs. I was amazed at how quickly she picked up on our desires and started sending me lists of homes that met our criteria. We worked together to "tweak" our search as we got closer to our move date. We sold our home in Tennessee in 24 hours. We did not want to buy in Florida until ours closed. We looked at all the homes that made the cut in one day and made an offer on our top choice. She was professional in her feed back and comps for our top three choices. We were determined to buy a home our first weekend out with her. We were successful in getting our first choice, but it didn't stop there! Since we were out of town buyers, she was with us every step of the way to make sure all deadlines were made and even did a virtual walk through on the day of closing.
