Words cannot describe how wonderful Wendy was. Not only were we moving from the Northeast but it was during the height of the pandemic when we couldn’t travel. Wendy went out of her way to research different neighborhoods that would meet the needs of my wife and kids. She would video conference us at every house and even take us on a tour of the neighborhood. Wendy handled everything from contracts to speaking with our lender to setting up the inspection and being there for it. She also video conferenced us for the walkthroughs. After closing Wendy put us in contact with all the municipalities to ensure a smooth transition. Wendy is not just dedicated to her job she is truly concerned about the happiness of her clients. If someone were to ask me if I have a realtor I would not only say yes but I would go as far as saying I have a friend.

When my mom passed away I needed help selling the house. I didn’t live in Florida and was limited by how many times I could travel there. There was much preparation to be done prior to sale and Karyn had all the correct resources locally to assist. This included carpeting, electrical and deck work, each were completed on budget and on time. Once my house went up for sale that first weekend she had it sold at market value. She earned my trust with her professionalism and skill set. The sale transaction was very smooth. Karyn sets the bar for an experience with a real estate agent. My spouse and I viewed numerous homes within the Hillsborough Amd Pinellas counties with the assistance of Karyn. We had only 2 days to view homes as we were residents from out of state. Karyn was patient and attentive to any request we presented her. Our budget was under $300 k and she showed Lower priced homes as enthusiastically as she did the upper end.
