Hello. I recently moved from Vermont to Florida. When I was looking for my new home, Karyn went above and beyond to show me various homes in a limited time frame. She changed her schedule so that I could see homes at a short notice. She was very knowledgeable about the homes in the area. She made home shopping fun! Once I found my home, she was very helpful by going to the home several times to make sure the necessary repairs were being done. She did an excellent job. I love my new Florida home. She also made a donation to a local animal shelter (Raining Cats & Dogs) from her realtor's fee!! I highly recommend Karyn to be your realtor!!

Wendy was such an asset during our forever home search. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and knew what we were looking for better than we did! My husband often referred to her as Ms Eagle Eye because she could spot flaws immediately, an extremely helpful skill during negotiations. She was so patient with us, researched a ridiculous number of options before she showed the houses to us to make sure our time wasn’t wasted. We couldn’t have asked for a better advocate during the entire process, from first contact to making sure we got all moved in! And we’ve already recommended her to other homebuyers.

Within days of casually mentioning we were going to begin our search for a retirement home for our parents Wendy called with options! She found exactly what we were looking for including price range, size, location, golf course view etc. Her knowledge of the area, community and market was extremely crucial in our final decision. She doesn't stop at the sale...she helped us find general contractors, home improvement companies, landscaping options, inspectors, pest companies and the list goes on and on. She was in constant contact with us on updates and took a huge load off of our shoulders as we were working with a mail away sell and closing. One of the most daunting things I have done in my 70 years on this earth is buy a home 800 miles away from our present home. We first met Wendy the day I walked in to view our future home.
