He doesn't rush the process and patiently helped us take as much time as needed to look at many different houses. He was always available to take my calls/communicate with us giving us updates every step of the way and was very proactive during the process which was a key reason why we were always first in line with any offers. Without his help, the process would have been very confusing as a first time buyer, but luckily he was there to guide us and stay on top with the lenders/realtors to make sure that the process was flowing smoothly. Tammy Hopp was amazing. I had to call her at the last minute not even knowing anything about her. Our relator at the time was to busy with his weekend party plans. The house we were interested in was on it's last day for bidding. I called her, she looked up the house and said she could meet us there in 15 minutes. The next day she called with the good news.
