Selling a house can be stressful in the best of circumstances however when you factor, Covid, a 90 year old father having to be moved out of his home for the past 18 years, everything being transacted from 1,500 miles away and even a few minor repairs being needed, Karen has been amazing with her support and dedication to helping all this occur. She has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and detailed in everything she has done to ease the challenges that have occurred. Lisbeth was great to work with. She helped us find our home, but that is not the best thing she did for us. The appraisal for the house we were buying came back low and she worked hard for us trying to get the appraisal reconsidered. Our closing process was less than smooth due our bank, but Lisbeth kept everyone informed and on track for us. She was great to work with! We highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

From the start, she was there to advise and guide us in the best way to prep the property and stage the house for showing. She navigated some very tricky times with the height of the COVID lockdown posing significant challenges to the market and open houses. She spent her personal time assisting us with getting supplies for the move, prepping our property and was available to manage cleaning and gardening services to add the polish needed to present well. She continually advised us on the market activity in the nearby properties and helped to hone our selling strategy. August 26, 2020 I want to publicly express my gratitude for my Real Estate Agent, Lisbeth Cline. My wife and I listed our home with her 7/07/2020 and an offer were executed just 3 days letter! Lisbeth spent a lot of time helping us prepare before the listing to ensure the sale which I believe was a key factor in the speed in which it sold. We met Karen during a showing of an Open House, we were so impressed with Karen, her honesty, answering all our questions, negotiation skills etc. that we asked her to be our Realtor for a home that we were interested in buying. We were pleased with her negotiation results as our Realtor and now we have purchased the home that we wanted.
