Chris and Christine Smith have gone over and beyond what would ever be expected from a realtor. They have made it possible that the complicated transaction of buying a house went very smoothly, by helping me on each step of they way. They have spent hours upon hours and more, explaining many details, making dozens and dozens of phone calls to make sure that everything got worked out just fine. They also provided me with lots of other help to prepare the property for my move to the Villages. I don’t know how I can ever thank them enough for their dedication in making everything perfect. It is my wish that everyone buying (or selling) a house in the Villages would have such a great experience as I had and I can recommend Chris and Christine to the fullest. I feel that they are without doubt the best realtors in existence.

Lis was willing to begin work with me prior to any commitment from me to have her be the selling agent. She supplied boxes for shipping, advice on house prep, and help with getting inspector required repairs completed. Very friendly.

Andrea is an incredible agent, she cares about her clients and makes them feel like family. She will guide you in the correct direction and won’t try to sell you something that doesn’t seem right just to make a buck. We have bought two homes and sold one with Andrea. Karen was fantastic to work with! We were in another state and would not be able to come down to see any houses so we relied on Karen to send pictures, videos, and give us honest feedback about the houses. The market was so hot and houses were selling so quickly to cash buyers. We weren't having any luck finding a home in our price range and we were not going to get into a bidding war. Our original intent was to buy a manufactured home but with Karen's advice and expertise, we ended up purchasing a villa in a fantastic location!
