From the very beginning, Chris took the time to explain different types of homes and areas of The Villages. We had long talks and learned a great deal from him. He was never impatient or in a hurry. And he educated us with a strong sense of humor. Chris is very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process including whether a property is listed by MLS or by The Villages - there is a difference.... I would recommend Chris very highly. He'll get the job done. He's a good listener and comes to understand his client and his client's wishes, tastes and desires.

I live in Ohio and was buying this house in Florida. They were on top of every little detail and handled it such as finding information on warranties, looking at every detail of the inspection and either finding the information or getting in touch with the other realtor so she could get the information. Anything I needed to do from long distance they made sure I knew about it and helped me through it. I could go on and on but they are amazing besides being such nice people. They really went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you.

Chris was much less interested in selling us a house than he was in making sure that the house we bought was the right house for us. He knows the Villages marketplace, he knows the available products and he understands the history. He was extremely helpful and patient in the process of our purchase.
