I live in Ohio and was buying this house in Florida. They were on top of every little detail and handled it such as finding information on warranties, looking at every detail of the inspection and either finding the information or getting in touch with the other realtor so she could get the information. Anything I needed to do from long distance they made sure I knew about it and helped me through it. I could go on and on but they are amazing besides being such nice people. They really went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you.

Chris was much less interested in selling us a house than he was in making sure that the house we bought was the right house for us. He knows the Villages marketplace, he knows the available products and he understands the history. He was extremely helpful and patient in the process of our purchase. Came up with a great plan to make a fair and reasonable offer. He helped with the inspection process, made sure all the issues were addressed. Insured all the steps were followed with the Title Company. Was with me to the completion of the Settlement. Did the walk through with me before settlement. The communication was way above what I expected, I was fully informed on all my tasks and he followed through to make sure we had no issues. I was extremely pleased with how professional all aspects of the deal were handled. I sold my house in Pennsylvania last year and found how good Chris was, my agent up North did not even come close to experience I had with Chris.
