From the very beginning, Chris took the time to explain different types of homes and areas of The Villages. We had long talks and learned a great deal from him. He was never impatient or in a hurry. And he educated us with a strong sense of humor. Chris is very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process including whether a property is listed by MLS or by The Villages - there is a difference.... I would recommend Chris very highly. He'll get the job done. He's a good listener and comes to understand his client and his client's wishes, tastes and desires.

I live in Ohio and was buying this house in Florida. They were on top of every little detail and handled it such as finding information on warranties, looking at every detail of the inspection and either finding the information or getting in touch with the other realtor so she could get the information. Anything I needed to do from long distance they made sure I knew about it and helped me through it. I could go on and on but they are amazing besides being such nice people. They really went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you.

Chris was much less interested in selling us a house than he was in making sure that the house we bought was the right house for us. He knows the Villages marketplace, he knows the available products and he understands the history. He was extremely helpful and patient in the process of our purchase. I am new to the area, Chris was very knowledgeable with everything related to the Villages. He explained each and every step in great detail. Came up with a great plan to make a fair and reasonable offer. He helped with the inspection process, made sure all the issues were addressed. Insured all the steps were followed with the Title Company. Was with me to the completion of the Settlement. Did the walk through with me before settlement. The communication was way above what I expected, I was fully informed on all my tasks and he followed through to make sure we had no issues. I was extremely pleased with how professional all aspects of the deal were handled. I sold my house in Pennsylvania last year and found how good Chris was, my agent up North did not even come close to experience I had with Chris. I was referred to Chris by my son, who is a real estate agent, in Texas. Chris called me while we were still in Texas, to introduce himself and to get some information from me about what I was looking for in a new home. He instructed me how to set up a profile on his website so I would be sent information on properties that matched my criteria. I could then save them as favorites if I was interested in them. He suggested that I pick the top 6-8 properties on my list, to make appointments to see them. We came in town on a 3-day house hunting trip, to see the 7 houses I selected. Chris would review each house, asked us to rate it, as to how much we liked it and gave us his opinion of the property and it’s value. After we finished the second day, he became aware of a new listing, that met our criteria, that had just come on the market. We went to see it, made an offer, and now it’s ours! I can’t say enough good things about them. We have now bought and sold a house with them. When selling they did numerous open houses, many more than other realtors would of done. When buying they they picked the perfect houses to show us. They are so responsive to questions and phone calls.
