Another attribute of Karen’s that I loved was her quick response to my questions and her willingness to find answers to my questions that needed some research. When I went back home to prepare my house to be sold, Karen would keep in touch and provide me with listings of houses that meet my wish list. One of these listings was the perfect house for me. When I came down for the inspection, Karen had worked hard with the sellers to ensure that everything went as planned – in some instances this required both patience and persistence. Once again we had a great experience with Chuck and would highly recommend him to any future home buyer or seller. We never had to worry about Chuck not having our best interests at heart which made the process so much smoother especially since we were in Michigan for the summer. He worked tirelessly with all the open houses he held for us even when no one showed up.
