Mel ended up being our realtor by me pushing a button to Contact a realtor. Best button I ever pushed. He worked for us looking up properties for sale even though we weren’t sure we would move From Pa. He caught things in the contract and got it corrected. He had a guy for everything and they were great. We had a fan delivered to his house and the handy man hung it up. Mel does not know the phrase it is not in my In my job description. His is let me see what I can do. He goes above and beyond. Returns phone calls text immediately. He is the kind of realtor that I didn’t think existed any more. He is now part of our family.
