Mel helped me buy a Courtyard villa remotely. I told him what I was looking for, and he immediately sent me tons of listings. Since I was not in the Villages Mel took me on a tour with his mobile phone. He went above and beyond to make everything from start to finish go smoothly. Mel ended up being our realtor by me pushing a button to Contact a realtor. Best button I ever pushed. He worked for us looking up properties for sale even though we weren’t sure we would move From Pa. He caught things in the contract and got it corrected. He had a guy for everything and they were great. We had a fan delivered to his house and the handy man hung it up. Mel does not know the phrase it is not in my In my job description. His is let me see what I can do. He goes above and beyond. Returns phone calls text immediately. He is the kind of realtor that I didn’t think existed any more. He is now part of our family. If you need a realtor he is the one to call. He will call you back!

You can tell she cares about helping her clients find the right home rather than pressure you into a sale. Initially we were just trying to educate ourselves about the right location, floor plan, and prices. Even though she was aware it may be 1-2 years, she was very understanding and happy to take her time with us. She listened to us about what we wanted and helped only select homes that would match those desires. It can be overwhelming to sort through all the homes on the market. Karen was very responsive in a timely manner to all of our questions. I felt confident in her knowledge and experience!
